Your story does not fit into a ten-minute appointment
The first consultation lasts 90 minutes: your full history, your symptoms, your physical health, previous treatments and what you actually want to change. Follow-up reviews last 60 minutes, and focused medication reviews 30 minutes once you are stable. You see the same psychiatrist at every visit — me — from the first assessment to discharge.
Treatment may combine medication and psychotherapy, or neither: deciding not to medicate is also a clinical decision, and I will always explain why. This is a strictly private practice with no insurance intermediaries; the secretariat tells you the exact fee before you book.

Frequently asked questions
Do you speak English?
Yes. I have worked with English-speaking patients for many years and consultations run entirely in English if you prefer — including reports, explanations of diagnosis and treatment, and follow-up messages through the secretariat.
How do I book a first appointment?
Call the secretariat on 672 472 847 (Monday to Friday, 10am–7pm — English spoken) or send a WhatsApp to 638 073 131 outside those hours. You will be offered a confirmed date and time; the first consultation lasts 90 minutes.
Are your prescriptions valid in Spanish pharmacies?
Yes. When medication is clinically indicated I issue a Spanish private electronic prescription, valid in any pharmacy in Spain. Prescribing always sits inside proper follow-up: an assessment first, then scheduled reviews.
Can you see me urgently?
In many cases I can offer a priority appointment within 24 hours where clinically possible, in person or online, depending on the clinical situation and the diary. This is not an emergency service: if there is immediate risk, call 112.
Do you work with insurance companies?
No. This is a strictly private practice, without insurance intermediaries, which lets me decide consultation length and treatment on clinical grounds alone. The secretariat will tell you the exact fee before you book — no surprises.
Can we continue online if I leave Marbella?
Yes. Reviews and follow-up work very well by secure video consultation anywhere in Spain, and this is how many international patients continue their treatment after the summer. Where the law of your country of residence limits remote prescribing, I will tell you honestly and help you plan continuity.
